In the first pic Lady Xoc is making a self sacrificial blood offering on paper, and then burning in a bowl where the smoke serpent, or vision serpent is coming out of the flames from the bowl, where a Mayan warrior complete with shield and spear, is comming out of the serpents mouth, and Tlaloc the god of death is comming out of the head on the serpents tail. that tattoo was so intricate that you could see even the face on the necklace that the warrior is wearing - my original drawing from a design, from an ancient Mayan lintel. thier is not alot of tattooist that could even keep up with that even if they wanted too, quite a feat!. keep in mind this is on a forearm, not a very big one either
Wow! The designs are so detailed. How long did the dragon tat take to finish. Nice artwork!
